The mission of the Smiths Falls Community Hospital
Foundation is to support the Perth and Smiths Falls District
Hospital’s efforts to fulfill its goals and objectives. The
Foundation is a registered charity that encourages donations from
the community to provide funds for capital construction and
maintenance of facilities, equipment purchases and special projects
in education and patient programs. Please, review our
